Who is responsible

Por4 (porcuatro.app) is operated by the Por4 team. For any question about your data: Telegram: @PorCuatro_bot.

What we store

Profile: your name, username and photo from Telegram, or your Sign in with Apple identifier; language, city, playing level, preferred side and, if you chose to state it, gender (used only for mixed tournaments).

Games: the games and tournaments you joined, match scores, level history, and entry-fee marks set by the organiser.

Messages: game chat messages, invitations, message reports and the list of players you have hidden.

Technical: a sign-in token for your device (only its hash is stored) and the time it was last used.

We do not collect location, contacts or payment data, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Why

To match games by level, show the line-up to participants, calculate levels from match results, send game reminders and keep chats civil. The legal basis is our agreement with you and your consent.

Who can see your data

Other players see your name, photo, level and reliability; participants of the same game see your messages in its chat.

Data is stored on a Hetzner server in Germany (EU). Reminders are delivered by Telegram. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

How long

For as long as your account exists. Device sign-ins expire after 180 days without use.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → “Delete account”. Your name, photo and Telegram and Apple identifiers are erased, sign-ins are revoked and you are removed from upcoming games. Played matches stay in your opponents’ history without your name. If you cannot use the app, write to us: Telegram: @PorCuatro_bot.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).

Age

The app is intended for people aged 16 and over.
