Terms of Use

What Por4 is

Por4 helps padel players put together a game at their level. We do not book courts or take payments: the organiser books and pays the club directly.

Account

One person, one account. State your real level — the quality of everyone’s games depends on it.

Games

If you join, show up. If plans change, leave the game early: late cancellations and no-shows lower your reliability, which other players can see. You play at your own risk; Por4 is not responsible for injuries, court conditions or money matters between players.

Level

Your level is calculated from confirmed match results. It is an estimate for matchmaking, not an official rating. Knowingly entering a false score is grounds for suspension.

Conduct

Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, obscene material, spam and advertising are forbidden in chats and profile names. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You can report any message and hide its author: tap the message in the chat. We review reports within 24 hours, remove the content and, where needed, suspend the offending account.

Suspension

We may restrict or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. Spanish law applies.
